Please bear in mind it’s just me posting everything and therefore we cannot always ship next day like you may expect from bigger companies, but every parcel is packaged with love! I try to post within three days and if I can’t do this, will use 24 hour tracked UK post at no extra cost. Please read the chart below for shipping times and costs. I also ship anywhere in the world! If you would like to buy more than one item don’t worry – you will only pay once for shipping and will be refunded after you place your order. To my lovely EU friends! I voted against Britain leaving the EU. It makes me so sad (and angry) that leaving the EU was used as a political game by our government and now we are all suffering the consequences. however we have to carry on and hope that sometime in the near future new trade deals can be made which sorts out this issue of paying VAT.

Regardless of the price of your order you should expect to pay VAT to receive your parcel, this may be charged by your delivery post-person or they may ask you to collect your parcel at your local branch and then pay. For most countries this is 20% of your order value.

I have reduced EU shipping prices to absorb some of the VAT cost myself and I will always refund any extra shipping you have paid to keep the cost as low as I can for you. because this is all so new and every country has their own rules the fee may be less than 20% but please be aware that you will most likely have to pay to receive your order.

You should not have to pay import fees to receive your parcel unless the value is over £500. Please be aware however that due to Brexit, VAT negotiations are happening all the time and therefore you may have to pay a small fee. USA parcels have no import fees.
