Really pretty true vintage skirt, with a high waist that’s elastic so it’s comfy to wear all day, with a wider skirt perfect for twirling.

Size: Labelled UK 16 but vintage sizes tend to run smaller. Measures as a 31 inch waist and 32” long. Would fit UK size 12, 14 best.
